Abstract

Educational Research Institute of America (ERIA) conducted a pretest-posttest study to examine the effectiveness ofMath in Focus年级3、4和5在2016 - 2017 school year. A total of 1,359 students and 59 teachers from 11 schools in 4 states participated in the study. Results indicate that across all three grade levels,Math in Focusstudents’ mathematics growth was statistically significant. Across all three grade levels, higher- and lower-ability pretest students inMath in Focusclassrooms demonstrated significant growth.
